Welcome to a world of safe adventure and practical luxury afloat.
Only on a classic Trader Motor Yacht are these apparently contradictory qualities reconciled. Confident at sea and relaxed at rest, the Trader is the ultimate luxury cruising motor yacht.
The Trader semi-displacement hull is unmistakable. The distinctive flared bow ensures a soft and comfortable ride, even in heavy seas, without any ‘slamming’. As the trim angle remains constant across the speed range, Beluga remains comfortable at whatever speed the prevailing sea conditions will allow.
Wide, flat side decks laid with non-slip teak with sensible handrails give security to our passengers. On board Beluga even children can move around safely. The flybridge helm position gives a commanding view and ample seating for all.
The social focus of Beluga, the voluminous full beam aft deck can be shaded from the sun, or closed off from the rain by roll down weather proof side screens without obscuring the view. With easy access to the saloon, flybridge and bathing platform, the aft deck with ample room for all onboard is the ideal place to relax at the heart of the action at anchor or under way.
Inside, Beluga’s cavernous saloon offers comfortable seating for all with a large table for dining in comfort and panoramic windows to appreciate the views. With a huge central heating unit you will never feel cold on board even on those chillier late summer evenings. The all electric galley is equipped with every conceivable aid for catering even for a full complement of passengers.
Whether you choose to take a tour of the fabulous Jurassic and Cretaceous coast, a trip to Swanage,Poole Harbour or Studland Bay; you will always feel safe and comfortable aboard Beluga and we can tailor make your journey to what ever suites you. A typical day out could be – board Beluga at 9.30am for a welcoming glass of Bucks Fizz – depart Weymouth Harbour for a leisurely cruise across the bay to view some of the spectacular sights of the Jurassic and Cretaceous coast line – stopping of at Lulworth Cove or Warbarrow Bay for lunch and dip in the crystal clear waters before returning across the bay to Portland Harbour to view the 2012 Olympic sailing venue – returning to Weymouth Harbour at 5.30pm for a celebratory glass of Champagne to round of the day.
